What items are returnable?

 

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

 

·      All items except face mask, mystery tees, mugs, coasters, free gifts & promotional items are returnable and exchangeable.

·      All items must be returned in their original condition with our box/packaging/ tags/ labels as delivered to you, if a package is received without any of the above no refund will be initiated.

·      All returns and exchanges initiated because of any reason other than damaged/wrong products shipped by us, will have to be returned and shipped by you or you can pay a Rs.150 for us to arrange a pick up and delivery, Ultykhopdi will not bare the return charges.

Items purchased under discount are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.

 

Are there any charges for return/exchange?

 

·      No, if it's an error from our end, otherwise Rs.150 will be charged.

·      You can self ship the return or exchange product via a local courier in your area if it is cheaper for you and there will be no charges applicable from our end.

 

How to pay Rs.150 for Returns ?

 

·      The amount will be debited from the refund amount.

 

How to pay Rs.150 for Exchange?

 

·      Our team will share Rs.150 Link payment link within 24-48 hours of exchange registered, you need to pay it through the link. The link will get expired in 2 days time. 

·      The amount paid for exchange will not be refunded after the reverse pickup is booked.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

 

·      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·      All items must be returned in their original condition with our box/packaging/ tags/ labels as delivered to you, if a package is received without any of the above no refund will be initiated.

·      We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

·      We may reject the return request if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

·      Once we receive the return and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as per the original forms of payment, within 7 working days.

·      We do not issue refunds for Cash On Delivery orders and Cash On Delivery shipping charges.
