When will my order be delivered?
All our products are made to order and are usually dispatched in 4 to 5 working days. It takes another 3 to 4 working days for delivery across India after dispatch.
International orders would take 9 to 11 working days for delivery after dispatch.
We would be emailing you the tracking details post dispatch of your order.
Note: In the case of any unforeseen circumstances the product dispatch or delivery could extend up to additional 5 working days.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking Track My Order page.
Your order will take 4-5 days to ship. The tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail.
Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
I want to modify/cancel my order.
You can modify/cancel your order by emailing us your order number and the details.

You will not be able to modify/cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
I wish to return/exchange my product.
Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.

International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
What is your refund policy?
For Returns - The product amount will be added as a credit code to your Ultykhopdi account which you can redeem against your future purchases. We do not issue bank account refunds.
Note: We do not issue a refund for COD orders or COD shipping charges.
For Cancellations - If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing, the refund will be done to your original mode of payment and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
For order cancellation requests after 24 hours of placing, the refund amount will be added to your Ultykhopdi account in the form of a credit code.
For Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.
For Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.
