WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Since all our products are made to order, they are usually dispatched in 4 to 5 working days. It takes another 3 to 4 working days for delivery across India post dispatch.
International orders would take 9 to 11 working days for delivery post dispatch.
We would be emailing you the tracking details post dispatch of your order.
Note: In the case of any unforeseen circumstances the product dispatch or delivery could extend up to additional 5 working days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ULTYKHOPDI ORDER?
We usually email you the tracking details post dispatch of your order. This email is sent to you within 4 to 5 working days of placing your order.
You can track your order from ‘Track My Order’ tab or simply email us your order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE TRACKING DETAILS FOR MY ORDER YET?
If you have not received the tracking details for your order even after 4 to 5 working days of placing the order, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will be happy assist you further.
I TRIED PLACING AN ORDER USING MY DEBIT/CREDIT/NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL, BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED WITH MY MONEY?
We would request you to check your bank statement to first ensure if the amount has been deducted. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, we would request you to contact your bank or drop us an email with the transaction details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN & HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Oh, Snap! What went wrong? Well, we can handle this for you.
You can cancel your order as long as long as the order hasn’t been processed. The preferred timeline is within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order, please email us your order details at email@example.com and share the reason for cancellation.
I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order has not been dispatched yet from our warehouse, we are more than happy to correct the shipping address for you.
Just send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with your correct shipping address and the order number. We will update it for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
1. Customers can initiate return/exchange request for their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
2. We accept a return or offer free exchange for all our products only in case you receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect size product sent from our end.
3. In all other cases, there is an additional charge of Rs.200 applicable per product exchange.
4. All return/exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
5. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
6. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
A maximum of Rs.70 will be refunded to you for shipping product(s) back to us in terms of Credit Code for cases where you received a damaged, defective or an incorrect size product sent from our end.
For all other cases, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping charges.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
1. You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 7 days of its date of delivery.
2. All online refunds will be credited back to you in the form of a credit code which you can use on future orders. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at email@example.com.
3. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, we will provide you credit code worth Rs.70 for the shipping charges borne by you.
4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed credit code rates. We recommend using ‘India Post’ or ‘Professional Couriers’ as your courier service. India Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
5. Courier online refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
WILL MY PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE WHAT APPEARS ON THE WEBSITE?
What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed products. We do our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive, but we cannot 100% guarantee colours of the products, colours of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online.
WHY DOES MY NEW PRODUCT (TEE, HOODIE, ETC) SMELL?
That odour you may smell on your new tee is a by-product of the custom printing method used to print the design. But, don't fret! The odour from printing is just a temporary addition. Now that your tee is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle. We are working with our custom printing Unit to improvise on this to make it less odorous or completely eradicate it.
