We strive to deliver our products within 5-7 business days (after dispatched). However, it might take a little longer in some unforeseen circumstances. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, it could extend up to 10 days.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via SMS on your mobile number entered by you, at the time of placing your order. You can easily track your order by clicking on the "Track My Order" tab" on our home page.

What is your return/exchange policy?
All products on our website are custom printed especially for you, as soon as you order it. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these custom printed products, we'll happily replace items that arrive damaged or if the quality is unsatisfactory.
Hence in a rare case where you do receive a damaged product, please follow these steps and we would be glad to assist you with the same:
- Email - email@example.com with your (Order number) _returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
- Describe in as much detail as possible, the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product
- We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Please review our size charts before placing your order.
- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong size, design, or product style we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We do not accept return/exchange for any XXXL size products.
- We do not accept return/exchange for products purchased on discount, offers.
- Please note that the cost of returning the product to ultykhopdi.com is the responsibility of the purchaser.
I ordered an incorrect size product by mistake, what should I do?
We only print the exact number of shirts sold for each sale so we do not have any extras for exchanges. We request you to double check the size chart in the product description to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.
We are currently unable to exchange or issue a refund for products with incorrect size ordered by you or if the products are used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
However, if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 24 hours from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest and ensure this does not happen again.
Please note that the cost of returning the product to ultykhopdi.com is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will share the returns address based on the product you have purchased. Please email us at email@example.com to get the correct address for your purchased product.
Please allow up to 7 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund/missing parcels.
We request you to fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your product does not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
